Albert Edward Earle

Druggist etc., Maybe-Street, is the second son of Thomas M. Earle, Vavouser, England, and was born at Bungerra NSW in 1861.  He was educated at Newcastle and under the Rev. Mr. Goldstein, at Maitland and afterwards served articles of indenture to Mr. W. G. Lipscomb, druggist of the latter city.  For five years he filled a position in Elliot Brothers’ establishment in Sydney and five years ago settled in Bombala, where he purchased the business of Dr. Erith.  He is a member of the Pharmaceutical Society of Australia and in 1882 was awarded second prize, for Pharmacy, at the Technical College of Sydney.  He is the dispenser of the Bombala Hospital and to Dr’s Eddie and Merrifield.  In 1885  Mr. Earle married Annie, daughter of G.J. Blackenrey, of West Maitland.
