J. E. Body and Co., of Sharp Street, Cooma, are recognised as the oldest and leading buyers of wool and produce in the district. The business was originally founded by Mr. J. E. Body over thirty years ago, and some six years later was taken over by his two sons, J. E. and F. E., and since 1914 has been conducted by Mr. J. E. Body. An extensive 'business is done in the purchase of wool and all kinds of produce. J. E. Body and Co. are also local agents for Dalgety and Co., Quibell's Sheep Dip, Koerstz's Presses and Queensland Insurance Co.
