Dr John Clifford
Cooma Hospital c.1877
Dr John Clifford was practicing medicine in Cooma in 1877 with Dr's John Daniel and James Donovan. It has been suggested that he became a large landholder. Until 1887 he was the only Medical Officer visiting the hospital. He retired from practice in 1893 and spent the last years of his life at Bredbo Station (Owned by his cousin John Clifford) before he died on Christmas Day 1907
