John Burke

Cooma Monaro Express 28 April 1916

Mr. John Burke, a station hand, meet with his death near Native Dog, Holt’s Flat, on Thursday last, being thrown from a cart. Deceased was about 60 years of age and was well known in the district. The District Coroner Mr. S. B. Gunn is holding an inquest at Nimmitabel to day.

(This John was son of Francis and Bridget (Nee Murphy) he was born 1857.
