ROCKY PLAIN

Patrick,  This is the little info I have which may rings some bells &
someone may know something about it

Rocky plains public school, Snowy River Environmental plan 1997
Schoolhouse Lot 1 DP719026 Parish Matong
Rocky plains public school, lot 184DP756709 former schoolhouse parish of
Middlingbank.
Not sure if these are two different schools.
A lot of the schools in which my grandfather Charles Elliott ALLEN taught
were one teacher schools and just a one room school with all the pupils in
together in the one room...........
Hope someone on your site may know something else about these little schools
around the early 1900's...........LIZ

Hi Liz,
Check the Middlingbank Map at:

Have a great day, best regards,
