Victor Mould
A very pretty wedding was solomnised at the Round Plain Presbyterian Church on Wednesday 19th July. The contracting parties being Mr. Victor Mould son of Mr. & Mrs George Mould of Adaminaby, and Miss Kate McMillan, daughter of Mr. & Mrs Angus McMillan of Glengyle, Berridale. The Rev. J.P. Mortimer officiated. The bride, charmingly attired, entered the church on the arm of her father. Mr. J. McMillan, brother of the bride, very ably carried out the duties of best man and Miss Barbara McMillan (sister) took the position of bridesmaid. Miss May Mould sister of the bridegroom presided at the organ. The service began with "The voice that breathed o’er Eden" and during the signing of the resister the Wedding March was played.

Quite a number of friends gathered at the church, to witness the ceremony.

A reception was held at Glengyle, the residence of the brides parents, where an very enjoyable time was spent. The usual toasts were duly honoured, after which the happy pair left for Adaminaby, their future home, carrying with them the good wishes of all. The bride and bridegroom were the recipients of a large number of useful presents.
