John Cass Myers was born 1848 on board the "Thetis" and named for its captain. John married Sarah Wakeling
John was granted two portions of land, being sixty and fifty acres conditionally purchased, in his father, David's, Will, he was also bequeathed one sixth of all the sheep that David owned at the time of his death.
